For nearly three decades, I've helped organizations navigate change, build stronger governance, and lead through complexity. My career has been about bringing people together, making complicated ideas easier to understand, and helping teams move forward with clarity and purpose.

But that's only part of my story. I'm also a wife, a mom, a lifelong learner, a traveler, a home gardener, and a lover of beautiful spaces. I believe the ordinary moments in life often teach us the most important lessons.

Some of my favorite stories don't come from important meetings. They come from conversations with my children, chance encounters with strangers, quiet mornings, unexpected challenges, and the small moments that stay with me long after they've passed.
